Detail Supervisor - Car Wash

MUST HAVE A CLEAN MVR AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Job Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and skilled individual to join our team as a Car Detailer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a range of cleaning services for both the interiors and exteriors of our customers' vehicles. Your primary duties will include conducting car inspections, washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, as well as vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors. Key Responsibilities:

Clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles using various products and techniques.
Apply protective finishes to enhance the appearance and longevity of our customers' cars.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure each cleaning step meets quality standards.
Address customer inquiries regarding car detailing services and outcomes.
Assist in inventory management and reorder supplies as needed.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Car Detailer or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including prolonged periods of standing, bending, crouching, and walking.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
Availability to work weekends and holidays to accommodate customer needs.
Relevant training and certifications in car detailing are advantageous.
