Clinical Quality Analyst
Procare Hospice
ProCare Hospice is seeking an RN Clinical Quality Analyst to support clinical decisions, optimize operational processes, and lead quality-improvement initiatives to enhance reliability of care. You will interpret data, develop tools, and prepare case summaries for regulatory submissions, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team on educational needs related to federal and state requirements. You will also coordinate annual policy and systematic reviews while ensuring compliance with CHAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
