What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver at The INN, your role will be dynamic and rewarding. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with individuals in our Day-Treatment Program and Supported Living services, helping them achieve personal growth and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily activities and personal care needs.
• Supporting clients in engaging with enriching activities tailored to their unique abilities and interests.
• Encouraging personal growth and fostering a sense of community.
• Helping clients participate in Supported Living services during afternoon shifts, including activities within the community.
• Providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
