Location: Will James Middle School
12-Month position; 8 hours/day; Monday - Friday
Salary: $21.36/hour

• Excellent skills in human relations
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• A sense for routine management decisions to help department
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Strong computer skills, Word and Excel
• Arrange and schedule meetings
• Assist and maintain budget records and financial reports
• Other duties as assigned
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Two years of secretarial coursework at a technical school or college; three years of secretarial experience and/or combination of education and experience
