We're seeking a tough, competitive Sales Producer who thrives on closing deals and is laser-focused on earning big. This full-time role involves prospecting new clients, selling high-value policies like auto, home, business, and life insurance, and driving agency growth through relentless outreach and relationship-building. You'll leverage Kathy's established community connections to hit aggressive sales targets and maximize commissions in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business via calls, networking, and referrals in Frederick and beyond.
• Deliver value-based sales pitches tailored to customer needs, converting leads into loyal policyholders.
• Renew and expand existing accounts to boost revenue and retention.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven sales hunter with a competitive fire and track record of smashing quotas.
• Money-driven self-starter comfortable in high-stakes environments.
• Local knowledge of Frederick, MD, a plus; license preferred (or willing to obtain).

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
