Customer Service / Sales Representative

Tool Rental Depot

Job Description

Tool Rental Depot is in need of a service oriented counter person with excellent customer service, communication and organization skills.

We are a rental and repair company that works closely with all customers ranging from the home owner to Government entities and everyone in between. The candidates responsibilities include but not limited to, fielding walk in customers along with phone in customers to help them find the correct equipment for the job that they are doing, checking in returned equipment, preparing equipment for re-rental, filling out workorders for repair with accurate descriptions of repair work, assisting in researching for parts needed to complete repairs, following up on repairs with mechanics, communicating with customers for quotes and completed repairs, filing paperwork, entering warranties, communication with vendors, purchasing, receiving, maintaining current in store stock.

This position is 40 hours per week plus overtime when required. Computer skills are preferred.

After 90 days we offer paid holidays and uniforms are provided. Other benefits are available.
