Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, embracing both physical exams and comprehensive medical history reviews
• Assist in assessing and diagnosing surgical conditions through the interpretation of lab results and imaging studies

• Provide essential intraoperative support, including preparing operating rooms, ensuring optimal patient positioning, and passing surgical instruments during procedures
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, overseeing medication administration, wound dressings, discharge plans, and patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical procedures strongly preferred

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• Mandatory BLS and ACLS certification
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
