Position Overview: The BMW Genius will be responsible for the overall appearance, workflow, and customer delivery experience of the BMW of Myrtle Beach Sales Department. Provide expert guidance, technical support, and education to BMW Sales and Service clients regarding the features, functionality, and technology within their vehicles. Your passion for BMW vehicles, strong communication skills, and ability to simplify complex technical information will enhance the overall ownership experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:
   • Welcome customers and create a positive first impression by showcasing enthusiasm and expertise.
   • Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and possible technical questions related to their BMW vehicles.
   • Properly organize the BMW Sales Inventory and merchandising.
   • Conduct New Sales Deliveries with Sold Client.
   • Schedule Encore Deliveries with Sold Clients.
   • Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers and enhance their satisfaction with the brand.
2. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
   • Develop an in-depth understanding of the features, technology, and functionality of various BMW models.
   • Demonstrate and explain vehicle features to customers, highlighting advanced technology, safety systems, infotainment options, and convenience features.
   • Assist customers in setting up and personalizing their vehicle's advanced settings and functions.
3. Technical Support:
   • Provide technical assistance to customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and troubleshooting challenges related to vehicle systems and technology.
   • Collaborate with the sales and service department to find solutions to technical issues and concerns.
4. Education and Workshops:
   • Participate in ongoing BMW education courses and workshops
   • Create informative materials, guides, and resources to help customers optimize their vehicle's capabilities.
5. Digital and Online Support:
   • Assist customers in navigating BMW's digital platforms, including mobile apps and online resources.
   • Provide guidance on remote services, over-the-air updates, and online connectivity features.
6. Feedback and Collaboration:
   • Collect feedback from customers and relay insights to the dealership, helping improve customer experiences.
   • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to identify opportunities for customer engagement and satisfaction improvement.
