Role Description

This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Beachwood, OH. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient scheduling and appointments, handling phone communications, and ensuring an exceptional experience for visitors to the practice. Light administrative duties. The hours are 9‑5 on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Relaxed, low stress environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Appointment Scheduling and ability to manage calendars efficiently
• Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills to handle patient inquiries professionally
• Familiarity with Care Coordination processes to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology for accurate and effective communication within a healthcare setting
• Dedication to providing compassionate and high‑quality Patient Care
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced medical environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office required
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required
