Job Overview We are seeking private piano instructors for the Peoria, AZ area to deliver engaging lessons with flexibility. The company does not have a physical studio, so instructors will conduct lessons in students' homes, their own home or studio, or via webcam. Pay: $20 – $30 an hour (independent contractor basis, dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate) Types: Part‑time, Contract Location: Peoria, AZ Lesson Settings: Student homes, your own home or studio, or via webcam (though most students prefer in‑person) Schedule: Your independent contractor; you set your own schedule Responsibilities Provide piano instruction tailored to each student’s needs. Schedule and conduct lessons in students’ homes, your own home or studio, or virtually. Travel to student locations within the Peoria, AZ area as required. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and effective communication with students and the office. Assist with student retention by delivering engaging lessons. Qualifications Degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience in music. Strong organizational skills and punctuality. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the office. Location & Travel Instructors must be able to host lessons locally or travel to students within the Peoria, AZ area. The company does not have a dedicated studio in the city. Schedule & Billing As an independent contractor, you set your own hours.
