Key responsibilities include owning the full capital raise process for each new deal from initial investor outreach through commitment and close; building and managing a pipeline of accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, and broker-dealers using CRM; leading qualification conversations and guiding prospects through due diligence and subscription; developing strategic referral partnerships with wealth advisors, placement agents, and capital introducers; and identifying and representing Ivy Capital at industry conferences and investor forums.Additional responsibilities include managing existing investor relations, producing regular distribution updates and quarterly reports, and developing deal-specific investment summaries, pitch decks, and offering materials.
