Reporting to the Managing Director, Capital Markets
Supervising a Staff of 3-4
Oversee & Lead the Debt Funding Strategy
Structure, Negotiate, and Execute Warehouse Facilities
Assist with Structuring, Negotiating, and Executing Warehouse Facilities, Forward Flow Agreements, and Asset-Backed Securitizations (ABS)
Manage Funding Operations for Multiple Credit Facilities & Loan Sale Transactions
Cash Management
Settlements
Oversee Process Automation for Capital Markets- Using SQL, Excel, AI Tools
Manage Liquidity Strategy
Work Closely with the CFO and Head of Capital Markets to Lead Future ABS Transactions
Coordinate Closely with Investment Banks, Rating Agencies, General Counsel and Internal Data Teams to Bring Deals to MarketManage Relationship with External/Third-Party Vendors
Investor Relations
Qualifications
10+ Years of Experience in Capital Markets, Structured Finance Operations, or Treasury at a Fintech, Bank, or Asset Manager
Strong Background in ABS & Warehouse Lending
Fintech Lending Experience a big plus
Advanced Excel , SQL, Snowflake & AI Tools
Strong Supervisory & Leadership Skills
Base Salary 250k-315k + 40% Target Bonus & RSU's. Hybrid Schedule 2/in office3/WFH. Tremendous Opportunity for Growth at this Global Lending Fintech Firm.
