Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner. Seat guests in dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. Coordinate wait and seat guests with a sense of urgency. Always smile and have genuine conversations with guests. Have a general knowledge of the food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products. Answer the phone promptly and professionally and direct calls. Be a team player and assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, assisting with guests, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed. Teamwork is essential and required by all Outbackers. Lead the lobby experience for each guest, following Outback hospitality standards. Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift. Requirements Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
