ABOUT THIS ROLE

Euronet is looking for an experienced and highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems management, a deep understanding of technical environments, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Diagnose and resolve issues that are beyond the scope of Level 1 and Level 2 support.

•Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate laptops, desktops, peripherals, and end-user software to ensure a secure, standardized, and reliable computing environment. Perform hardware lifecycle management, operating system deployments, patching, and preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards and minimizing end-user downtime.

•Incident Response: Respond to high-priority incidents and service requests. Manage and resolve critical issues with minimal downtime, coordinating with other IT staff as needed.

•Project Support: Assist with the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects and system upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

•Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and availability, analyzing trends and identifying potential issues before they impact users. Implement performance tuning and optimization as needed.

•Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes. Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.

•User Support: Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing complex issues and providing guidance on best practices. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation as necessary.

•Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems and data. Conduct regular security assessments and address vulnerabilities.

•Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve IT services. Participate in cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.

•Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to IT services and infrastructure.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues and managing IT systems.
  Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of modern endpoint management and enterprise IT technologies, including  Microsoft Intune ,  Jamf Pro , and  Apple Business Manager for device lifecycle management.
• Experience with endpoint monitoring and security platforms such as  Qualys ,  Grafana , and  Endpoint Central , including vulnerability remediation, patch management, compliance monitoring, and endpoint health.
• Familiarity with IT automation, scripting, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency and enhance the end-user support experience.
