Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required; will consider 1 year if at a Level 1 trauma facility. License: Pending license accepted. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: Scrub experience in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures required. Experience in circulating during surgeries is required. Description: Responsible for scrub and circulate duties in the cardiovascular operating room. Experience with cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases is essential. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with urgent and emergent cases. Call schedule includes weekdays and weekends as needed, with variations depending on unit needs. Floating within service line to meet facility requirements is expected. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations is critical. BSN preferred. Candidates should be comfortable entering missing instruments into the tracking system. Communication and teamwork skills are necessary for effective collaboration with other staff members. Must be available for rotating shift times as needed. Participation in holiday shifts may be required and should be discussed in advance. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in the core area of cardiovascular care.
