Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
• Expertise in developing and implementing IEP goals
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Passion for enhancing student participation, access, and academic success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and functional goals
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Deliver targeted OT interventions to support fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to provide strategies that foster student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for the team
