Job Description:


Bon Secours Richmond OB/GYN at St. Marys is seeking experienced Locum OB/GYN Physicians (MD/DO) to join their collaborative team. This role offers a variety of coverage dates from May through August, with duties spanning both office and hospital settings, including 24-hour call responsibilities. The provider will support a practice with 4 physicians and 5 midwives, handling low and high-risk pregnancies, gynecologic procedures, and obstetric surgeries. The schedule includes office hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, with call coverage as required.

• May 26-28 (office only 5/26; 24-hour coverage on 5/27 and 5/28)
• June 2-3 (office with 24-hour call)
• June 18-19 (24-hour call with office)
• July 1-2 (office only on 7/1; office and 24-hour call on 7/2)
• July 15-16 (24-hour call and office)
• July 30-31 (office and call)
• August 1-2 (24-hour call)
• August 4-5 (24-hour call and office)
• August 12-13 (office on 8/12 and 24-hour call on 8/12; office only on 8/13)
• August 18-19 (office and call)

• Setting: Office and hospital
• Call Schedule: Yes, via perfect serve, with a ratio of 1 in 4
• Number of Beds: Not applicable
• Average Patients per Day: 25-30
• Ultrasound and lab on site
• Support Staff: One on-site clinical staff per provider (CMA, LPN, RN)
• Patient Risk Profile: 90% low risk pregnancy, 10% high risk
• Procedures: Routine obstetric, gynecologic, and surgical interventions as outlined above
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 120 days
