Business Development Representative

We are looking for individuals who are self-starters with excellent communication skills and a desire to thrive in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Conduct presentations to educate potential customers about Aflac's products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing business and referrals. Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Manage and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market expansion. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Requirements Prior sales experience a plus but not required. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial security goals. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environment. A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one as required by state law. Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience Compensation 1st Year Representatives typically earn between $65,000-$95,000 annually, with bonuses starting Week 8 in the role, and recurring / long-term revenue beginning in Year 2. Aflac provides Telemedicine and Health Advocacy at no charge and other benefits at a discount. In addition, there are non-monetary perks such as paid trips and flexible work schedules. Detailed compensation will be gone over at the 1st Interview.
