Dispatch Coordinator 1-Tom-Plumber | Serving the Cleveland area

When emergency plumbing situations arise, our team moves quickly to get the right technician to the right place at the right time. As Dispatch Coordinator , you'll serve as the operational hub of our daily service business—managing technician schedules, coordinating job flow, and ensuring our field team operates efficiently throughout the day.

 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, logistics, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

 
What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily dispatch board and technician schedules using ServiceTitan
• Assign and route service calls to maximize technician efficiency and response times
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as priorities change
• Coordinate with technicians, management, and our call center to ensure seamless communication
• Track job status, technician availability, and workload capacity throughout the day
• Proactively identify scheduling opportunities to optimize productivity and revenue
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, and rescheduling needs with customers when necessary
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation within ServiceTitan
• Support operational workflows and administrative processes as assigned
• Contribute to a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and scalable growth

 
What You Bring

•   High energy, strong communication, and a friendly, professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask and stay organized when the pace picks up
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or operations coordination experience preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus , not a must
• A drive to grow with a company rapidly expanding in the Cleveland area
