Job Description

Pixibytes inc. is seeking a motivated, experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels, with a primary focus on TikTok Shop .

We are an established distribution and e-commerce company looking for someone who understands the fast-paced world of online marketplaces and can take ownership of our marketplace operations, identify growth opportunities, and increase sales.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop Seller Center, optimizing product listings, working with creators and affiliates, and developing strategies to increase online revenue.

This is a results-driven position for someone who can independently manage marketplace accounts and help expand our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Management (Primary Focus)

• Manage and grow our TikTok Shop Seller Center account.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings.
• Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates.
• Coordinate product samples, affiliate commissions, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage TikTok Shop promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor account health, seller performance, and marketplace compliance.
• Track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay current with TikTok Shop trends, policies, and platform updates.

Other Marketplace Management

• Assist with managing and optimizing listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor pricing, inventory, and competitor activity.
• Identify new products and marketplace expansion opportunities.
• Troubleshoot listing errors, account issues, and marketplace restrictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze marketplace performance and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience managing online marketplace seller accounts.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and product listing optimization.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Highly Preferred:

• Direct experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate marketing and creator outreach.
• Experience managing TikTok Shop advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or eBay.
• Experience with marketplace integrations and inventory management software.
