Executive Administrative Assistant, Journeyman

Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) U.S. Citizenship Active Secret Clearance 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described below Functional Description Provide high‑level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, supporting scheduling meetings, sending out meeting notices, coordinating meeting facilities as needed. Participate in team meetings, keep meeting minutes, and track actions to be completed. Provide support by collecting and combining inputs from team members and create final products or briefings which shall include Program Briefs and Weekly Reports.
