What You’ll Do:
- Provide individualized, one on one care to a member with autism to support with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.
- Assist with medical-related care, including catheter placement, wound care, and basic health monitoring
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
- Monitor and report changes in behavior or health
- Help with transportation to appointments or activities
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care
What You'll Need:
- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Prior experience supporting individuals with autism preferred
- Experience with catheter care and wound management is a big plus
