On-Site IT Support Technician — Network & Security

Provide technical support to ensure smooth IT operations and resolve system issues. Maintain and improve network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security. Collaborate with teams to align IT systems with business requirements. Support system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements. Monitor network configurations and enforce data security protocols. Stay updated on emerging technologies and cybersecurity practices. Contribute to project management by coordinating timelines and documenting progress. Provide in-person support to staff and systems at the office location. Key Responsibilities & Duties Deliver technical support via phone, email, and in-person channels. Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams. Monitor and maintain network configurations and user access protocols. Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with IT standards. Recommend system upgrades and assist in their implementation. Support project management efforts by documenting and coordinating tasks. Stay informed about advancements in IT and medical technology standards. Ensure IT systems align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support; 4 years preferred. Proficiency in network administration and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with project tracking tools and collaborative platforms is advantageous. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and medical IT standards is a plus. Ability to work on-site and provide direct support to staff and systems.
