Team Store Retail Manager - Citizens Bank ParkAramark is currently seeking a Team Store Retail Manager to support Citizens Bank Park, home of the Phillies! The Team Store Retail Manager must ensure efficient operations of their store in line with Aramark's policies, procedures, and client contract. The Manager coordinates the store's guest services so that staff members and guests experience a positive impression of the facility. Responsibility for overall store merchandising, product inventory, purchasing, and other needs to fulfill operations.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for many of the non-selling aspects of the retail operation including inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing and distributionWork with HR department to hire staff, ensure accurate staffing for events or store, and stay within payroll budgetEnsure development and training of customer service programs and product knowledgeEnsure accurate procedures for opening and closing the store, including accountability of cash and credit cards, and security requirementsAddress and resolve any customer issuesVerify accountability report of financial transactions to include sales and transfers of merchandise to and from the storesPeriodically check and verify the accurate ticketing of merchandiseLead periodic physical inventories as well as potential count discrepanciesMaintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually helpful business relationshipsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or at least 1-3 years of related retail management experience requiredRequires familiarity with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales systemsProfit and loss (P&L) accountability and/or contract managed service experience preferredRequires ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service modelMust be comfortable working in a collaborative team dynamic and possess strong organizational skillsRequires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand for extended periods of timeMust have availability to work flexible event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hoursAbout AramarkRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
