Join The Inbound Lead Division At Nova Estates
Nova Estates is hiring Realtors for the Kpachavi Team’s inbound lead division across Southern California.
This role is designed for agents who want access to inbound opportunities, strong training, seller lead potential, and the support of a growing real estate organization.
The team currently includes 60–70 agents, with 38 agents already operating on the Zillow team.
The Opportunity:Nova Estates works with major lead sources, including:
- Zillow Preferred
- Realtor.com
- Veterans United
The team also has a strong volume of seller leads. Agents who show consistency, follow the system, and produce can earn their way into more seller opportunities.
This is a strong fit for agents who want more conversations, more structure, and more support around conversion.
What Makes This Different:Inbound leads are not magic. They only matter if the agent has speed, follow-up discipline, sales skill, and a system behind them.

Office locations include San Fernando, Palmdale, Sherman Oaks, and Whittier. Lake Elsinore is opening soon.
Who We’re Looking For:We are looking for Realtors who are:
- Licensed and ready to grow
- Responsive with inbound opportunities
- Strong on follow-up or willing to become strong
- Coachable and performance-minded
- Comfortable with calls, consultations, and appointments
- Interested in both buyer and seller opportunities
- Willing to train consistently
- Serious about building a real estate career
