Now Hiring: General Laborer / Machine Operator

Northfield/Cleveland, OH 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM $19.00/Hour + Overtime Weekly Pay

Looking for a hands-on career with a growing manufacturer? We're hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team. This is a physically active role ideal for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, building products, and staying busy throughout the day.

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor production machinery
Load and unload materials into machines
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Assemble and build products using hand and power tools
Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including areas with elevated temperatures
Help maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

Ability to perform heavy, repetitive lifting
Comfortable working in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Construction, roofing, landscaping, or other hands-on labor experience is a plus
Forklift experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Mandatory overtime as needed
Occasional Saturday shifts
