Job Title Clinic Admissions Associate Location Corcoran, MN Job ID 28888 Openings 1 About the Role As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. You’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics such as document management and communication with referral sources. Provide excellent support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families. Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and families. Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership. Embody core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and be a cultural role model for teammates. Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas. Positive and contagious attitude that engages families. Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Eagerness to be part of a caring and team‑oriented company culture. Commitment to show up every day and be a leader at your center. High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Benefits Pay: $19‑$22 per hour with bonus potential up to $6,000.
