Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Set up and stock stations before and during service
• Work efficiently to meet ticket times
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with inventory and proper food storage

We are seeking candidates for full and part-time roles in a fast-paced Government Dining setting. Due to the nature of this Government setting, the following requirements are mandatory:

• Must possess a Real ID or current U.S. Passport
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Must have reliable transportation (no public transportation available)

Position Description: In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations under the guidance of our onsite Executive Chef. Additionally, you will inventory and portion ingredients while carefully following recipes, and guidelines. Additionally, you will assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This can be full or part-time and provides very flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is desired and a SMILE is required!

Requirements:

• Experience desired but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
• Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
