You bring heat, heart, and hustle to every shift.What You'll DoExecute prep and line cooking duties with speed, skill, and consistencyMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food qualityCollaborate with the kitchen team to deliver seamless serviceAdapt to changing menus, dietary needs, and special eventsOwn your station—mise en place, timing, and presentationCommunicate clearly and respectfully with chefs, servers, and support staffUphold brand standards and contribute to a positive kitchen cultureWhat You Bring2+ year of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or upscale dining preferred)Solid knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipmentFood Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysA sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a team-first attitudePassion for hospitality and a desire to grow in the culinary fieldAdditional ResponsibilitiesThe hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands.
