Senior HVAC Service Technician

This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. In addition: Arrive at jobsites timely as scheduled when dispatched Report to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsites Communicate with customers and collect C.O.D. on maintenance visits as directed Ability to work staggered schedule if required Always maintain professional appearance and attitude Complete all service-related forms properly Provide all customers with new / renewal maintenance agreement program information Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through company for positive outcomes Inform customer of replacement options following company guidelines Ability to provide commercial maintenance and demand service on basic commercial property Experience, Qualifications, and Skills 5+ years experience as an HVAC Technician Familiarity with refrigeration systems Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required Journeyman HVAC Ready to make an impact through your expertise and customer service?
