Parts Counter Associate – McGrath Powersports
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | Starting at $15/hour + Commission

What You'll Do
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection and recommendations
- Provide accurate pricing, product information, and order details
- Pull, fill, and stage parts orders to support the service department
- Communicate clearly with service technicians and advisors regarding parts availability
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and storage area
- Support team members and adapt to daily operational needs
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Previous parts, retail, or counter experience preferred
- Passion for powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, or side-by-sides is a plus
Physical & Work Environment
- Work performed indoors in a retail/parts department
- Regularly lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle parts and tools
- Continuous communication with customers and coworkers
