Location: Central Pennsylvania

Schedule: Emergency Department shifts with scheduled on-call assignments as needed based on patient volume and community events

Highlights:

• Provide professional emergency nursing care across the full lifespan from neonate through geriatric populations
• Work within a collaborative team environment following Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) standards
• EPIC computer charting experience strongly preferred
• Utilize advanced clinical skills including triage, assessment, care planning, and discharge education
• Engage in hourly rounding protocols and comprehensive patient flow management
• Opportunities for professional development and continued education in emergency care

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through American Heart Association
• Valid National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate mental and emotional tolerance with professional composure in high-stress situations
