This contract role is perfect for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY), or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), passionate about helping students thrive in their communication and academic skills.

In this position, you'll provide speech and language services across 2-3 days per week, supporting approximately 40 students in grades K-8. You'll collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create and deliver targeted interventions that foster speech and language development in a dynamic school setting.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Florida SLP or SLPA license (required)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school settings
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct speech-language therapy sessions for a K-8 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Assess, track, and document student progress
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
