What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from pet parents Schedule, reschedule, and confirm grooming appointments Match pets with the right groomers and routes Calmly handle last-minute changes (because pets keep things interesting!) Communicate clearly with groomers and our weekday ops team Keep scheduling notes accurate and up to date What We’re Looking For Friendly, professional communication skills (written & verbal) Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling software Strong attention to detail—you love things lining up just right Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Reliable and punctual—weekends are a must Pet lovers strongly preferred Schedule & Pay Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) In-person at our Mooresville office
