AR Specialist

- Learn and follow our company's established accounting processes
- Recommend process improvements
- Customer maintenance
- Monthly billing
- Cash application
- Customer account reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable Aging review
- Collections (calls, accessing vendor portals, letters)
- Assist Controllers with other accounting projects as needed
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant Accounts Receivable experience
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
- Good communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- MRI Software a plus
