As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Alarm Console in Fort Mill, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $20.27 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery check-in procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, observations, and shift information accurately and communicate relevant details to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
