FACETS Developer

Salary: $75,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.
• Experience in healthcare payer environments and supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Strong TriZetto FACETS development skills, with hands-on experience in one or more areas: Provider, Networks and Pricing, Membership, Billing and Plan Configuration, or Claims and Encounters.
• Understanding of FACETS front-end functionality, batch processes, backend data models, configuration, and extensions.
• Advanced SQL development and performance-tuning skills, plus strong .NET development experience.
• Experience developing and supporting FACETS customizations and extensions, troubleshooting production issues, and performing root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Preferred: Experience with healthcare environments, payer processes, and regulatory requirements; Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD; FACETS upgrades or modernization; integration technologies, APIs, web services, healthcare data exchanges, and Agile/Scrum.

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions on the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and support FACETS extensions, integrations, and interfaces; translate business requirements into technical designs and application solutions.
• Build solutions across relevant FACETS functional areas and create, optimize, and validate SQL queries, stored procedures, and data processes.
• Develop, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize FACETS batch jobs.
• Investigate root causes and resolve production issues involving FACETS applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to implement business requirements, and work with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, release management, and deployments.
• Contribute to FACETS implementations, upgrades, regulatory initiatives, and modernization programs.
• Follow Agile practices and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
