We are seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, family-friendly buffet/QSR environment . This role is responsible for ensuring smooth shift execution, strong team performance, and consistent guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned shifts from open to close
- Supervise, coach, and support team members during service
- Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Maintain a family-friendly guest experience environment
- Handle basic cash management, deposits, and closing/opening procedures
- Support labor efficiency and operational flow during peak periods
- Uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong background in customer service or QSR/buffet operations
- Ability to lead teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
