AV/VTC Production Engineer

Job Summary:

The AV/VTC Production Engineer is responsible for the advanced engineering, production, integration, and operational support of enterprise audiovisual and video teleconferencing environments. This role supports complex meetings, broadcasts, executive events, and agency-wide communications to ensure seamless AV experiences. Responsibilities:

Engineer and manage AV/VTC production environments.
Configure audio, video, recording, and streaming systems.
Support executive events and high-visibility meetings.
Troubleshoot advanced AV signal-flow issues.
Design and optimize AV system configurations.
Coordinate with vendors and facility teams.
Manage event production planning and execution.
Create technical documentation and operating procedures.

Required Skills & Certifications:

5+ years of AV production engineering experience.
Experience supporting enterprise AV environments.
Knowledge of audiovisual signal flow and media technologies.
Experience with streaming and recording technologies.
Strong engineering and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

CTS-D (Certified Technology Specialist - Design) or equivalent certification.

Special Considerations:

Support for high-visibility and executive events may require strict adherence to event schedules and protocols.

Scheduling:

Work schedule may include variable hours to support event production and operational needs.
