Production Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for critical enterprise applications, infrastructure, platforms, and network services. This role serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and involves working with applications such as Application Extender , the LOV tool used for tracking wheel defects, and providing additional support for the Work Management System as needed. The engineer will play a key role in resolving high-impact issues, offering technical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Provide production system support for end-users, applications, platforms, and network services.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support and maintain applications including Application Extender, LOV tool, and Work Management System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Assist in project-related activities as a technical consultant and subject matter expert.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices for system maintenance and security.
• Provide after-hours support as needed to address critical production issues.
