Equipment Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Equipment Billing Specialist:

Generate and manage equipment sales invoices and maintain accurate electronic records
Review equipment rental contracts for accuracy and compliance
Monitor daily inventory movement and audit reports to ensure correct inventory status
Communicate with branch locations to support accurate inventory reporting and controls
Assist with reconciliations and serve as backup for commission and equipmentrelated accounting tasks

Qualifications for the Equipment Billing Specialist:

1-3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable
Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
Highly organized, detailoriented, and comfortable working with multiple data sources
