Soccer Shots - SE Mass is looking for an energetic and passionate Children's Soccer Coach to inspire the next generation of players in Fall River, MA! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of soccer with the joy of working with kids in a fun, positive, and rewarding environment. If you love sports and making a difference in young lives, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children in a safe and encouraging environment
- Teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
- Develop and follow structured lesson plans aligned with the Soccer Shots curriculum
- Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere that keeps kids motivated and excited to learn
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and session updates
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and programs
- Set up and break down equipment before and after each session
- Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting
- Basic soccer knowledge and a passion for the sport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with kids and parents
- Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a child-first mindset
- Reliable transportation to travel to program locations throughout the Southeast Mass area
- Must pass a background check prior to employment
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
