Step into a dynamic contract position serving K-5 students as a School Psychologist. This role provides an opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting young learners’ emotional, behavioral, and academic growth. You'll be working five days a week, 34 hours weekly, from August 31, 2026 through June 17, 2027. The specific number of students on your caseload will be determined closer to the start date, ensuring a balanced workload tailored to your expertise.

Qualifications:

• Hold current, valid credentials/certification as a School Psychologist (as required by the state)
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children (K-5), preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations
• Providing direct counseling and intervention services for students
• Consulting with teachers, staff, and families to develop strategies that promote student success
• Supporting the implementation of IEPs and Section 504 plans
• Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings to address student needs
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
