Personal Injury Attorney – Sacramento Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in Sacramento. The position involves handling a heavy and complex case load from pre‑litigation through trial and includes representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents, including trucking cases. Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 USD. Compensation is comprised of a base salary, a non‑recoverable draw, and standard commission fees/bonuses. Each litigator works with a dedicated paralegal and legal assistant. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of pre‑litigation and litigation cases in and around the Sacramento area. Drafting and filing litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process. Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting reports, and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Qualifications Law degree (J.D./JD/Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school. An active member in good standing with the CA Bar Association. Minimum 5+ years of personal injury premises liability experience. Civil jury trial experience preferred. Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑litigation and litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
