Network Engineer/Admin

As a Network Engineer/Admin for Insight Global, you will be responsible for administering and supporting the organization's network infrastructure while ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of critical systems. On a daily basis, they will monitor network health, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, and respond to support tickets from internal users and business units. The role will manage and maintain networking technologies including routers, switches, VPNs, and related infrastructure components. This individual will create and maintain network documentation, reports, and diagrams to support operational visibility and future planning efforts. They will work closely with OITS teams and third-party vendors to coordinate escalations, resolve complex issues, and fulfill network-related requests. The engineer will also assist with server integrations and ensure seamless connectivity across office, facility, and manufacturing environments. As part of long-term infrastructure initiatives, they will participate in planning, designing, and improving the organization's network topology and technology roadmap. Over time, this position will evolve into a more advanced engineering role with increased responsibility for network architecture, infrastructure design, and strategic technology decisions.
