Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our 99-bed skilled nursing facility safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for our residents and staff.This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and being part of a team that makes a difference every day.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility and groundsPerform general repairs and maintenance as directedComplete routine preventative maintenance throughout the buildingAssist with monitoring and maintaining facility systems, including water temperatures, call lights, generators, fire alarms, and other required maintenance logsRespond promptly to maintenance and repair needsIdentify supply, equipment, and repair needs and communicate them to the Maintenance SupervisorHelp maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitorsCoordinate with other departments as neededAssist with additional maintenance projects and responsibilities throughout the facilityRequirementsPrevious maintenance experience preferredGeneral knowledge of building maintenance and repairBasic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or similar hands-on experience is a plusAbility to troubleshoot problems and complete assigned repairsDependable with strong time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional and respectful when interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitorsAbility to follow safety procedures and written and verbal instructionsComfortable working in a long-term care/skilled nursing environmentBenefitsStable work environment in a 99-bed skilled nursing facilitySupportive team and leadershipOpportunity to use a variety of maintenance skillsMeaningful work that directly contributes to the safety and comfort of our residentsFull Benefits package: Healthcare/Dental/Vision & 401(k)If you're a reliable, hands-on maintenance professional looking for an opportunity where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
