Patient Care Coordinator Weymouth, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30a-7:00p Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Assignment: 2-Month Contract with Potential for Extension Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in Weymouth, MA. If you have medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients. Responsibilities Include: Greet members, visitors, patients, and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner Helps manage patient flow, access, and scheduling for technologists to optimize patient appointment availability. Helps determine urgency and priority of emergent add on exams Patient Scheduling Assist with referral process Verify insurance coverage and demographic information Process patient requests for copies of images/CDs in accordance with standards for release of patient information Manage patient flow Maintain waiting room Qualifications Include: High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s degree in MA or graduate of certification in MO administrative program preferred Previous medical office experience preferred Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Benefits of Working with Adecco Weekly pay 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision benefits Access to skills training and career development opportunities Pay Details: $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
