Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for residents, applicants, and visitors by delivering professional, courteous, and responsive customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Assist customers with questions related to applications, eligibility requirements, program participation, documentation requirements, and general program information. Maintain accurate customer files and case records while supporting customers throughout the application and program participation process. Resolve routine customer concerns and elevate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed. Support the team with data entry, scheduling, and general clerical duties as needed.
