Licensed Insurance Sales Rep

Job Description You know insurance, you enjoy helping people, and you like being part of a small team where your work is noticed. At the Angie Batten Agency , you'll join an Allstate agency that has been serving its community for 32 years, with a strong local reputation built on doing right by customers. As our Licensed Insurance Sales Rep , you'll handle a mix of sales and service calls, help with claims when needed, sell new property and casualty insurance, and prospect for new clients each day. The goal is simple: make sure customers have what they need and remember that we're selling security, not just a policy. Because we're a small office, teamwork matters. You'll work alongside experienced, knowledgeable staff in a casual, laid-back environment where people support each other and take customer care seriously. We also believe good work should be rewarded. The base salary ranges from $40,000 to $55,000, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). We keep weekends off while offering flexibility for time away when monthly goals are met. Qualified, licensed candidates seeking 20-30 hours may be considered for part-time work.
