The candidate will bring a Public Accounting background and 4+ years in Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD, with the ability to handle high-value transactions and communicate with C-Suite stakeholders. The role requires GAAP, IFRS, FASB and SEC/ASC rule knowledge, and a proactive, self-starting mindset capable of thriving solo or in a team.
